Using CONDETTA base-mixes is extremely easy. They can be mixed directly with cold milk or cream or water. To dissolve the ingredients producing the consistency, the mixed product is subjected to an well-established heating process. This eliminates parallel process steps, such as soaking or dissolving of special ingredients, such as thickeners.
